MEET THE COACH

I started my fitness journey in 1991 in a weight room back in high school. I've loved the sound of metal plates hitting each other ever since. My passion for fitness deepened in school where I played basketball, wrestled, ran track and played football. Wanting to give back to my community while being fit in the process drove me. I decided to go to school to be a Fire Fighter and Emergency Medical Technician. The physical part of the exam I passed with high scores, the written portion didn't go so well.

That's when I moved to California and discovered Herbalife Nutrition. A way to give back to the community through nutrition and fitness. I became a product of the product and began focusing on being the best version of myself. Eating regularly and sticking to a nutrition plan led to the best transformation in my life. Dropping 10% body fat and gaining 15 pounds of lean muscle. I started to notice that people also wanted to become the best versions of themselves, some just needed a little motivation and a committed push.

 

Since I've started my Herbalife business in 2016 I've been able to help change so many lives. I've had hundreds of clients, countless number of client transformations, I run 2 Fit Camps and operate out of one Nutrition Center.
